Our Pelvic Strength exercise class is a comprehensive 8 week programme designed for women at all stages of life. From postnatal to post-menopausal, this exercise class welcomes all women who want to start exercising again but are fearful of leaking. 

 

Thrive’s pelvic strength exercise class is specifically designed to strengthen your pelvic floor, stop leaking, improve your prolapse symptoms and rebuild your body confidence and overall health.

 

Classes take a whole body approach to strengthening your pelvic floor. They combine breathing exercises, with core work and strengthening exercises to help get your pelvic floor working optimally in every movement you do. This will give you the confidence to move fearlessly again.

 

At Thrive, we know that knowledge is key to stopping leaks. So, at each Pelvic Strength exercise class, we’ll focus on body and mind, with post workout talks about your pelvic floor, to help you understand your body and the changes it goes through. Easy win hints, tips and homework are provided to help you capitalise on the work you do in class and ensure your symptom free journey continues even after the programme has ended.

 

The Pelvic Strength exercise class is about connecting your pelvic floor to your body. It will help you master pelvic strength exercises and integrate them into your life. So you can live your best life, without the fear of leaks holding you back.

 

Exercise classes are a safe space for women to exercise, ask questions and feel empowered. The programme is for women only, with a maximum of 8 participants in each cohort and each class lasts 1 hour. Classes are not suitable for new mums less than 6 weeks postnatally.

 

The Pelvic Strength Class is a great starting point to help you get back to more active exercises, leak-free!
