Pelvic Strength Class at TRIB3 Sheffield
Our Pelvic Strength Class at TRIB3 runs on Thursday mornings at 11 am, and Thursday evenings at 7.30pm. It’s a research-backed, results-driven exercise class that incorporates pelvic floor exercises, bodyweight movements, breath work, and core strengthening. The goal is to help you not only manage symptoms like leaks but to improve overall strength and fitness.
During each 1-hour class, we focus on strengthening your pelvic floor through a variety of movements, starting with floor-based exercises and gradually advancing to more dynamic movements. This method ensures your pelvic floor becomes stronger and adapts to different types of challenges. Each session also includes tips to help you maintain your progress between classes

At-Home Pelvic Strength Classes

 

For women who need more flexibility, our At-Home Pelvic Strength Classes bring the same expert-led programme to your living room, garden, or any space that works for you. Róisín, our lead physiotherapist, will guide you through each session, making it a convenient and personalised way to improve your pelvic floor health.

What’s included in the At-Home Pelvic Strength Classes:

  1. 8 x 1-hour sessions tailored to your needs and fitness goals.
  2. All equipment provided, so you don’t need to worry about anything.
  3. Post-session follow-up and support, with personalised aftercare to ensure you stay on track.
  4. Invite friends or family to join for a group class, making it more fun and affordable as the cost can be shared.
The at-home option is perfect for busy women balancing family life, work, and self-care. You can enjoy all the benefits of pelvic floor exercise without the stress of travel, allowing you to focus on your health while fitting it into your schedule.

Whether you prefer the gym or at-home option, both classes are designed to fit your lifestyle and goals. TRIB3 gym-based classes are held every Thursday at 11am and 7.30pm, with the next classes starting on 9th January 2025, while the in-home 8 session package can begin at a time of your choosing.

Gym-based classes prices start at £16 for a single class, £90 for a 6 week block and £120 for an 8 week block.
Our in-home classes cost £699.
